Hello beautiful.. I have a question. I bought this foundation today In the mall. I do like how it covers all my flaws. Without caking on the product but when I got home I remembered how much I sweat and I do a lot.. Will this stay on, or I’m I going to look like a mess as soon as I start sweating?

I tryed today.. its sooo light I bought it with the primer. They used it on me at the mall. Bought both for like 76$ I did not get anything for free. But I did get a free makeover certificate to come back for it any other day.

I just bough Mecca for the first time and I fell in love with. It has to be the best mineral make up out there.

i agree with you as well.. Micabella has a way better coverage than bare minerals/esentials… good review

Oh and just to add, I bought two different shades because I wasn’t too sure of my colour and I still got to use both of them, I use just cappucino during summer and winter I mix a little bit of both cappucino and sandstone in a separate pot and apply it to my face and it works out really well. I always apply my normal moisturiser before applying the Micabella Primer before I apply the Micabella foundation and their blusher which gives flawless and natural looking skin. The best makeup I’ve tried

thank you for the review. I’ve been looking around on youtube for Micabella cosmetics reviews and only found a couple of them which is a shame because I just LOVE LOVE this product. I first bought mine online from a designer site that was having a sale and thought I’d try it out since I was new to make up and have been trying out different makeup brands and this is by far the best mineral foundation I have found. The best coverage, it looks really natural and smooth and it’s good for your skin.

i have oily/combo skin too! i usually put on oily-free moisturizer and then a primer :) i either use the rimmel primer or the benefit porefessional…hope this helps!

Liked your review… I use Pacific Sun too. But looks too white on even though the model is quite brown on the thin lizzy colour chart website. (I have Asian skin)

Sorry… Wrong button hehe anyway, I changed to the slightly darker foundation compact & found that to be better. I use bronzed as I always have I never use compact bronzed, always a powder bronzed as I found with using a compact bronzed, it just doesn’t go on the same.!!! Anyway, IM a make up fanatic & have tried many many brands & their products. I found so far Thin Lizzy to be the best so far.!!!

IM using the same make up at the moment. Found it be awesome also… I would def rate this at 9 or even a 10. I use the 2 lightest mineral compacts, found the enchanted rise was a LIL too light then I

Thanks for the review. I too have recently purchased Mineral Foundation (Dorothy) at Farmers for $41 which included the cleansing cloth and a Thin Lizzy bra (which is shite by the way!) Liking the foundation though and so easy to use and quite natural looking. I’m no spring chicken so it is suitable for older ladies also. Cheers

I just brought this product this afternoon and completely agree!!! I am the other end of the scale I’m quite pale but I got the “duchess” shade and absolutely love it!!! I thought your review was great, very informative :)

Thanks for the review! I have been thinking sort buying it. How long did it last on your skin?? As I have used the blue thin lizzy and although they said it will last all day, it didn’t for me.

  25. donkeyyrmOctober 30, 2013 at 7:16 pmReply

I bought some the other day. And yeah same don’t need any concealer or anything. It’s amazing. I’m never using anything else again! And i have a problem with really oily skin. Not with thin lizzy mineral powder. The normal thin lizzy is shit. But the mineral powder is awesome!

  26. jrushistOctober 30, 2013 at 7:28 pmReply

Ive just bought 2 sets of the mineral foundation in enchanted rose on trade me and I’m so excited for when I get them, i also have the blue compact and I never ever use it as a full face foundation because quite frankly it just makes me look orange and shiny! not ideal, so I’m really looking forward to this one and I’m glad you gave it a good review, thanks!

  27. Shahana TauwhareOctober 30, 2013 at 8:11 pmReply

I really love the mineral foundation compared to the blue one. I am quite dark skinned and the blue one made me look even more darker, it was horrible. But this one i great (:

Just letting you Unaware people know that Phil Lynott was not the first Black singer to sing for Ireland he was the first (Half-Caste) Racially-Mixed singer. He was 50% CREATED PRODUCED and INVENTED by the Sexual Organs of a White European woman. To be a Black person your both parents must be 100% Black. But Phil Lynott was 50% White and 50% Black so that Genetically made him BIRACIAL. He has Equal amounts of White Ancestors and Relatives as he does Black Ancestors and Relatives

i’ve borrowed some of my frnd’s thin lizzy 6 in 1&it was perfect on my skintone(medium tone w/ some yellow undertones) but her skintone is fair&it made her look orange like it made i guess the results vary for diff skintones

yusss! go kiwis!! i live in nz nd it’s great to hear a new zealand accent instead of an australian one for a review, no offence to you aussies! but jus saying this is the third video on youtube that i’ve seen in my whole life where i heard a kiwi accent

I haven’t tried this, but Thin Lizzy’s “6 in 1″ (in the blue compact) is terrible! I got it years ago before this came out when they were promoting it as a full face powder foundation…it was my first ‘foundation’ at age 15 and needless to say it looked absolutely horrific. My brother said I looked like an orange troll! I’m intrigued by this mineral powder, but my first experience with Thin Lizzy was awful so will stick to MAC face & body foundation which is my current holy grail : )
